As a service provider, BREOSS® partners you in your efforts towards creating a more sustainable business. We enable you to reduce your carbon footprint while meeting your business requirements. Our design and print solutions emphasise the optimal use of resources and reduce its wastage to balance cost minimisation with environment preservation. Through a combination of measure and reduce, we advise our clients on meeting their business requirements with minimum burden on the environment.
Measure
We measure the carbon footprint currently locked in your packaging, PoSM, and other relevant material. We examine the method of production, the type of technology and substrate used, and the logistics deployed to identify the potential area where resources can be saved in the production and delivery cycles of the collaterals. Based on the same, we suggest means to reduce the carbon footprint through a change in technology, replacement of substrate or optimisation of processes.
In the past, we have helped many clients to reduce their carbon footprint by up to 15% by identifying areas of improvement.
An FMCG major wanted to explore avenues to reduce its carbon footprint through improvement in its supply chain. We identified transportation of merchandise material as a significant contributor to the carbon footprint. To mitigate it, we introduced a process improvement strategy whereby the merchandise material was printed and stored in proximity to the warehouses to shorten the transport chain. It resulted in cost and time savings, apart from a reduction in the carbon footprint.

Reduce
With efficient utilisation and deployment of the collaterals, we reduce wastage, resulting in a more resource-light system. We create a deployment strategy, which optimises the spread of the collaterals and eliminates any wastage. We also explore the possibility of substitution of substrates with more environment-friendly material, wherever possible, to facilitate resource optimisation.
In the past, we have helped many clients to reduce their carbon footprint by up to 18% by lowering the quantity of resources used.
A digital payment wallets company wanted to print disposable tent cards for retailers to display their QR codes. We suggested the use of reusable plastic stands with stickers to reduce the quantity of material used.
We inspire and motivate our suppliers also to adopt environment-friendly practices and deploy resource-light processes at their end.
We partner with suppliers who utilise renewable forestry for paper products and other products and are certified through the Forestry Stewardship Council® (FSC®).
